1. DELIVERY RELATED
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

What are Payment Modes?
We have high end secured gateway of instamojo. You can pay for your order using the following modes of payment through instamojo: a. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay) b. NEFT / RTGS/ IMPS – NET BANKING c. UPI / Payment Gateways/ Wallets If the order has to be left at the security office, please write in Note box and continue to pay online via wallets, UPI, net banking, or cards as you are doing now. Currently, COD is not available. No need to pay any amount to courier boy.

How can I claim for any Product Quality related issues?
If you face any issues with quality, Please Do write to us on customercare@aamramm.com referring your order number and the proof of issue you faced. Please also go through our replacement policy.

How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated delivery channel partners and a fleet of vehicles operating from our Farm to your doorstep which ensures timely, accurate and quality fruit delivery to our customers.
